Máximo Petracchi is a lawyer graduated from the Universidad de Buenos Aires School of Law and Social Sciences (1998). He took a Master in Finance at Universidad del CEMA (2000).
He attended several seminars on commercial, corporate, and financial law.
Furthermore, he took part in several supplemental Courses both in the country and abroad:
– Post-Graduate Course in Corporate Law run at Universidad de Buenos Aires (2000).
– Workouts, Bankruptcies & Reorganization -New York University (NYU).
– Alternative Dispute Resolution – ADR. Baruch College, New York.
He worked at the Prosecutor’s Office in the Criminal & Correctional Chamber Nº 2. Afterwards, he joined the staff of Petracchi Law Firm, until his appointment as a legal advisor to Mr. Chancellor Dr. Adalberto Rodríguez Giavarini at the Department of Foreign Affairs, and held such office until 2001.
From 2001 to 2004 he held the position of Director of Legal Affairs and Institutional Relations at Global Branch Office Argentina S.A.
He is a member of the Bar Association of the City of Buenos Aires since 1999.
